For the last few months we have been receiving a larger amount of orders than we get during a busy holiday season. While being too busy is a good problem to have it is still a problem. Our suppliers are also behind and moving slow, Covid still has its clutches on the country.
We are invested into conventions paid for in 2019 that we will be attending over the next two weeks. After these events our focus will be 100% on online orders.
We have managed to hire two new employees to help with the influx of the business. We have been training them for a few weeks and now they should be able to help us get caught up and back to a shorter ship time.
What does this mean to you? Right now if you have an order in we are working overtime to try to get it out to you as quickly as possible. Please hang in there. Your order does mean a lot to us and we appreciate your business and patience. If you are placing an order, expect that it will take 4-8 weeks to get to you. That is a big window and a long time but that is the current reality. Hopefully this changes sooner than expected. The new employees are great and we have found new suppliers to supplement our existing ones.
