Weighted for speed, balance and to make “red” requirements for Belegarth and Dagorhir. The weighted bastard sword is the shortest and lightest of our two handed swords. What it lacks in reach it more than makes up for in speed. It can also be comfortably wielded one handed.

been using mine for over three years now. getting close to needing a reblade but still going strong.

Bought mine over two months ago. Makes an excellent tournament weapon. Is a blast to fight with. I have no complaints and would recommend this weapon to anyone looking for a solid, reliable, and beautiful weapon.
With that being said, I would have paid an extra ten dollars if the weapon was stab legal. If this weapon was stab legal, it would be perfect. I am currently considering adding a layer or two of yoga mat to the tip of the weapon to make it stab legal, but then the weapon would require a longer cover.

Just bought this baby for my very first Dagorhir weapon and it is a beaut! Powerful yet rather light, it just looks great and feels awesome in the hand.
