We will happily refund your purchase price minus shipping without a restock fee. Please write us for a return authorization number. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer a blanket X number of day warranty. What we can say is that we expect you to be happy with your purchase. If you feel your equipment has failed due to manufacturing defect and not excessive use, feel free to write us; we can probably work something out. Shipping Information Shipping Times: Please allow 7 - 10 business days for regular orders and 10 - 14 days for custom and bulk orders. While we strive to ship within a couple days, occasionally this is just not possible. We will try our best to notify you when these circumstances arise. PO Boxes and/or shipping out of the United States: We ship through UPS, please email us prior to ordering if you need your order to be shipped to a PO Box or out of the United States. These addresses throw off your shipping software and will add extra complications. We can ship to these locations we just have to personally calculate your shipping costs. Payment Paypal: When using paypal please make sure you continue back to the Forged Foam Website after paypal is finished processing your payment. This ensures we receive your order. If you do not come back to the Forged Foam Website, we receive your payment, but no order. While we can normally catch these, they occasionally slip through. Forged Foam will not accept responsibility for the extended shipping times due to these errors. Error during Check-out: If you receive an error or your computer times out while processing your credit card, DO NOT put your order through a second time before sending an email (orders@ForgedFoam.com) confirming that the order with complications has not gone through. Occasionally our system still processes even though you receive an error prompt. Contacting us ensures you won't be charged multiple times for a single order. Full Contact Weapon and Shield Upkeep Storage: When storing your Forged Foam Full-Contact weapons, be sure that they are in a dry area. It is best to store them laying on a flat surface without any extra weight on them. This helps to prolong the life of your weapon, prevents bowing and extra damage to your weapons as well. Cleaning: If your weapon gets wet lay it on a dry flat surface and let it air dry. If there is mud, let it dry completely and gently scrape off. Cover washing instructions: Machine or hand wash in cold water. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. It is best to not wash your covers to prevent the fabric from fading and fraying. The fabric comes pre-shrunk.
